Tickets are limited will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. To avoid disappointment we urge to take advantage early bird dicount of £15 off every ADULT ticket. Plus , £10 off YOUNG ADULT & CHILD prices. If you intend to book online we cannot accept a deposit, your ticket price must be paid in full. Booking by post: assuming you are booking early enough (see small print) you need to enclose £20 min. deposit to secure your place at a Camp.
If you're not sure yet, of the exact number in your party, don't put off booking. We will hold back a few additional places for people who later decide they wish to bring an extra friend or child but these will only be available to those who have already paid a deposit.
Tickets are EACH subject early bird discount £15; per adult(£10 off Young Adult or Child) if booked later no than 14 days before your camp begins. Your £20 deposit will guarantee your place(s) at the camp-unless the camp you wish to attend is full, in which case. we will return your deposit in full straight away and put you on a cancellation list. Only if you have booked by post on receipt of your deposit we will send you:
* Confirmation of your place(s)
* A reminder of the date you need to have paid in full by to avoid the missing the early bird discout.
On receipt of the full balance we will forward tickets no., details of how to reach the camp, NB your £20 will hold your place althouhgt payment in full must be received no later than 14 days before the start of the camp inorder to be eligible for the dicount. If you pay a £20 deposit but then fail for some reason to forward the full balance in sufficient time, your place(s) will still be held and you will have until the camp begins to make the remainder of your none discounted price payment , provided you let us know this is your wish.
REFUNDS: All but the first £20 (admin. fee) of your deposit will be refundeble should you need to cancel at anytime UP TO 21 DAYS before the camp of your choice begins. At this time, your deposit becomes non-refundeble. After this, no refunds will be made other than in exceptional circumstances at the organiser’s discretion.
CONCESSIONS: Our Standard Rate tickets are designed to offer good value and be affordable. Concessions tickets are offered on 10 and 11 day events out of respect for the needs of those on a low wage or unemplment/job seekers allowance. We leave it to your integrity and honesty to decide if you qualify for the concessionary rate.
STOPOVERS: If you have booked for more than one camp and wish to stay on site during the interim period, a extra fee of £15 per night per adult, £10 per young adult and £5 per child for camping will be charged if prior arrangement has been made. However the organiser reserves the right to evict any unwelcome guests or staff without explanation.
